Holiday rentals with lake access in Épinay-sur-Seine

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

I had a great stay in the house which is very spacious and has a lot of charm with natural materials. Ana is a responsive and very friendly hostess. I recommend this accommodation, which allows you to visit very interesting sites: Auvers sur Oise, the castle of Monte Cristo and the house of Zola in Sedan...

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

We had a very nice 6 night stay at Olivier’s place. It was as described and came with clear instructions. The place is quite compact with limited privacy but is perfect for couples or solo travellers! The RER station is about 25-30 min walk away which is convenient and walkable and provides easy travel to Paris city centre and Disneyland. Would definitely recommend!

Audrey’s place is beautiful, cozy and very clean. I felt home, it made me want to stay in it all day. Plus Audrey herself was always very nice and responsive. We (family with two children) were very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was available, from coffee to shampoo to toys, and very clean. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available to us. Check-in and check-out worked reliably and smoothly. The location is quiet and yet well connected, so that you can easily reach all sights by public transport. The metro is within walking distance. If the path is too long for small children's legs or after a day out, the bus stop is just around the corner.

It was a wonderful stay in a suburban Paris area. We loved our neighborhood sooo much. Easy access to metro within picturesque path. Studio is so pretty designed. Emmanuel’s instructions were clear, always on time

Great stay in this beautiful apartment, very nice, bright, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, quiet in an equally quiet environment. View of the park and pond. Close to the tram (less than 5 minutes' walk) - Paris easily accessible (tram + metro). Many shops in this beautiful residence (grocery store, cheese shop, butcher, bakery, restaurant etc.) - really very convenient. Underground parking space. We had a wonderful stay... to be repeated 😊

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city centre of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centres can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

Very good communication with the host who was responsive and friendly. The accommodation was clean, warm and well-equipped, everything we were looking for. I recommend it!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
