All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family and friends' week(end) gathering. The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Cozy forest house Blackbird in the beautiful Veluwe!

Enjoy our beautifully renovated chalet located in nature reserve De Veluwe which is perfect for a family of 5! That is, there are fixed beds for 4. There is a baby crib, which also fits in the master bedroom! Adding a camping bed (available) or your own air bed in the children's room is no problem. We do not allow parties. The beautiful sunny garden also has lovely shade spots and is rich in many birds & squirrels. Waking up early in this place is really a party!
