This unique home is built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the outskirts of forest and sand drift. Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the surrounding area. Downstairs, everything is on the same floor. People with disabilities are welcomed as well. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo in a residential area near the locally famous 'Zandverstuiving' (sand drift). It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a large detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and has been decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.
