We offer our tiny cottage, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine kleine Couch, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

Our vacation home in Vogelgesang in modern, linear architecture with a living space of 67 m² is located not far from the German Wine Route. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen, radio and Wi-Fi. From the living area you have a magnificent view of the garden and can make yourself comfortable in the middle of fruit trees and roses in the deck chair or use the terrace.
