Sophie's villa is located in a backyard, right in the middle of the city. In the lower living area you will find a couch that can be pulled out, a table and 2 chairs, TV and a small kitchen area. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping area and bathroom. Since the stairs are very steep, they are not suitable for people who are restricted in their movement. This property is also not suitable for children and infants, as there are no safety barriers in the upper area.

The apartment is a converted shed, accessed via a steep staircase. There is a small entrance area on the first floor with a wardrobe and seating. The upper floor has a small living/sleeping area with a small kitchen, seating and a small bathroom with shower.

Sie bewohnen ein 24qm großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer (Bett 180x200) mit Ausgang zum eigenen Sitzplatz im Garten. Eine helle Küche (17qm) mit E-Herd, Kühlschrank, Spül- und Waschmaschine, und Eßplatz. Es ist möglich eine weitere Matratze oder ein Kinderbett zu installieren. Die gesamte Wohnung, und die Dusche im neu gestalteten Bad ist barrierefrei. Die Tür von der Küche zum Bad ist 68cm breit.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Unser ruhiges Ferienhäuschen war eine ehemalige Scheune, die wir liebevoll zur kleinen Maisonette umgebaut haben. Es bietet eine schöne, ruhige Unterkunft für 2-4 Personen. Das Haus wird von meinen Eltern Rainer & Ursula betreut, die auch ein bisschen Englisch und Französisch sprechen. Sie sind auch eure Ansprechpartner vor Ort und heißen euch willkommen. Der Garten ist privat.

The apartment is newly renovated (2022) and modernly furnished. In addition to a private bathroom with walk-in shower, there is a small kitchen niche incl. A fridge. For coffee, a capsule machine from Nespresso with milk frother is available. A small cooking area allows you to prepare simple meals.
