Sie ist ca. 75 m² groß, befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Hauses und bietet Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche mit Blick auf die Kluterthöhle. Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit einem großen Sofa sowie einem Kamin zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zudem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Spieleecke für Kinder sowie einen Schreibtisch & WLan fürs Home-Office.

Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the 2nd floor is bright and friendly. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge. A nice new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. TV + DVB-T2 antenna and Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
