Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The property is located within walking distance of 200 meters from the city park and 650 meters from the General Hospital and the pedestrian zone. Nearby is the leisure center "Elbershallen" with its great flair, food, bowling, cinema and theater. The Westfalenbad offers a beautiful sauna area with massage therapy for relaxation. Hohenlimburg Castle, Hohensyburg Casino, Hengsteysee and the marina at Hartkortsee also offer many events.
