The location is predestined for excursions by e-bike, among other things, not just on the nearby routes. The old town of RS-Lennep offers a great atmosphere with many restaurants. With the attached house, we are happy to help and guide you as your host. In addition, the direct connection to the A1 highway opens up fast routes to the surrounding cities such as Cologne, Wuppertal and Düsseldorf.

Unsere helle, geräumige Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage eines Zweifamilienhauses am Stadtrand von Schwelm, umgeben von vielen Grünflächen und in Waldnähe. Das historische Brunnenhäuschen und Schloss Martfeld sind fußläufig in 10 bzw. 20 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie drei Spielplätze, ein kleiner Bolzplatz und der Wald mit schönen Wanderwegen. Auch zwei Supermärkte, eine Apotheke, ein Getränkemarkt befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 300 m vom Haus entfernt.

Unser Einzimmer-Apartment mit einem Badezimmer im Dachgeschoss bietet die perfekte Mischung aus Retro-Charme und modernem Komfort. Diese einladende Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage unseres Privathauses und ist sowohl gemütlich als auch zweckmäßig. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und günstig gelegen, mit Wanderwegen in der Nähe und nur 11 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bemerkung: Wir haben 3 Kinder die tagsüber mal etwas lauter sein könnten und die man oben auch hören könnte
