We were more than satisfied. The listing is as described. Even small things were available such as kitchen (spices), in the bathroom (everything you need in addition such as shower room, shampoo) and very special, we found, bite fruit, sweets and surprise in the fridge. Which we don't take for granted. If we are around again, we will definitely check in again. Thank you very much.

We were on site with changing staff during the Ruhrfestspiele. Everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction. Apartment & communication great! We'll be happy to come back next time.

A sparkling clean house, furnished with a lot of love and practicality. There are many small details to discover, the terrace around the garden invite you to use. The environment is amazingly versatile. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The tips we received were extremely helpful.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

Great, central place with good connections and good communication with the host

Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.

We, seven adults and seven children had a wonderful weekend in Benjamin's house, the house of about 300 years old really has its charms, with associated sounds and everything. The host really deserves congratulations on hospitality and helpfulness. If you were with something and approached him, he always responded immediately and was also very helpful. There is also plenty to do in the area of the house. In about half an hour, you'll be in a zoo or amusement park such as Moviepark Germany. At the house itself there is also a beautiful large garden in which you can sit outside and there is also plenty of parking.

Aboslutely fabolous place! Very kind family, great apartment, high end kitchen - and a perfect sauna and pool! Loved it! And the beds, they were amazing.

We felt very comfortable at Patricia's and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls much easier!

Hey. We booked for 4 nights at Easter and slept there with a toddler. The sofa bed is great for 2 people but a little too small for a 3rd person like our 2-year-old son. My husband then moved to the single bed and then went to sleep. Otherwise, everything was very clean and maintained. There was also a washing machine on another floor. We lacked nothing. Since we did not use the kitchen, we cannot assess it but there was no oven. However, a small air fryer is ready to bake and otherwise there is really everything you need to prepare. Furthermore, there is a small, unfenced terrace that invites you to linger. Highly recommend the place and host Timothy.

Beautiful, fully equipped accommodation, also ideal for a stay with children. Everything you need was available – we felt very comfortable. Clear recommendation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Heike's Apartment! We felt right ar home and everything looked even better than the pictures. I've been in a lot of Airbnbs before but this one was so squeaky clean you could've eaten from the floor. The bed was beautifully made and everything we could've needed was provided. Communication with Heike was very easy too and she always responded within minutes. If there's ever another concert in Gelsenkirchen I'm attending, I'll make sure to book Heike's Apartment again! The stay was really great! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need – including a minibar. A perfect combination of comfort and location. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing or as a starting point for activities in Dortmund. Highly recommended!
