Maison récente de 71 m2, lumineuse, située à mi-chemin entre le bourg et la plage. La maison est constituée d'une grande pièce de vie (salon-séjour- cuisine), d'une salle de bain et de 2 chambres (une avec mezzanine). Une grande terrasse aménagée côtés Sud et ouest vous permet de profiter du soleil. L’environnement est très calme (chemin agricole), la maison est à l’écart de la route et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Vous bénéficiez d’une vue sur les cultures environnantes et d’une petite vue sur la mer.

The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

A Saint le Thomas (entre Granville et Avranches), au plus prêt de la plage avec vue sur le Mt St Michel et les falaises de Champeaux Emplacement calme et reposant Cabanon avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et dormir confortablement (vous trouverez 2 vrais lits faits à votre arrivée / draps et serviettes fournis) Les arrivées se font entre 16h et 19h mais nous savons nous adapter. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture à côté du cabanon. Location à la nuit (sauf juillet août 2 nuits minimum)
