Pen and Patrick were amazing hosts. So kind and thoughtful and there was a great focus on attention detail. Everything was catered for and it was an excellent stay. They checked in on us throughout our stay and were super responsive to any questions or queries we had. Also they had some great recommendations for things to do in the area and it made it the perfect stay :) x

Had an absolutely lovely couple of nights at the site for New Year's. The site was peaceful and in a beautiful location. The yurt was amazing, excellent wood burner, lovely furnishings and the heated sheets were great too. Nick was very welcoming and helpful (we didnt get the chance to meet Molly), lovely chap and we made use of the table tennis and i braved a dip in the lake, which was great! Close proximity to several pubs and plenty of food options in Bridport itself too, as well as many amazing areas to visit on the Jurassic Coast. We will happily be back at some point, this has been one of the best Airbnb visits ive had, so would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going!

We had a great weekend. relaxing weekend what we needed. my kids loved fishing in Michel's pond. Also available is the ping pong table that we enjoyed too. the setting is peaceful and pleasant. nearby, possibility of taking beautiful walks. thank you to Michel.

Lovely peaceful, relaxing and quiet stay at The Roundhouse that made us feel like real Hobbits! The shower was a fun experience, but not as fun as the ropeswing!

Just book it - you won’t be disappointed! Everything has been so beautifully considered and thought through to make a relaxing, easy but extraordinary trip. We only made one outing as we just wanted to enjoy this very special place together - den building, fire pits, endless woods and amazing views and the so, so cosy treehouse. We wanted for nothing.

Excellent night in the yurt during our bike ride on the Veloscenia. Recommended!

We had the most tranquil stay; the yurt is so private and secluded it was like our own personal woodland where we completely reconnected with nature. We spent everyday outside (except when using the sauna 😉). We couldn’t have asked for more attentive hosts, Olivia was always there to help us with anything we needed, we especially appreciated the extra tuition on how to use the pizza oven!! She also completely left us to it to immerse ourselves in the space. Thanks so much, it was the perfect treat for our Mum’s birthday 🥰

If anything this place under sells itself. We stopped in the buzzard yurt and it was spacious,clean and even has a woodburner for colder nights. It’s wonderfully private if your staying in one of the yurts as it has a screening wrapped around them. The kitchen is the best stocked and supplied area that I’ve ever seen in a clamping site. There is fresh eggs from the hens and which we loved. Polperro is a 10-15 milk down the hill depending on fitness levels. It’s a steep climb on the way back so if your not a walking lover you can easily park in the crumplehorn car park. Last of all massive thanks to Dane who lives on site and looked after us so well and gave us a battery bank for our phones which was a life saver. He also let us feed the chickens and collect their eggs which my lad loved! Beautifully peaceful haven and we would absolutely stay again!

Candice’s yurt was incredible peaceful and relaxing. Having their animals around the garden was lovely and their dogs were amazing!

The Stargazing Yurt was such a magical stay ✨ We had the best weekend with the fire going, lovely hot baths and just a truly relaxing time. The area is beautiful and you wake up to the sight of the Sea. Wonderful walks near by, pubs and a local shop. It couldn’t have been better. We all said we would stay here again 💚 A real Island gem. Thank you

Lovely place - quick stopover before we caught the ferry. Would come again for longer. Kids’ loved all the games, which we played at night without an iPad in site! 😃

On arrival we were met by Sharon who kindly helped us to the Yurt on the golf buggy. The Yurt was beautiful and exactly how it was listed on the booking. The hot tub was fantastic and the shower room was lovely and warm and immaculate. The whole atmosphere was friendly, the owner Mark was fantastic and always happy to help. We ate at a local pub recommended to us which was delightful. Thank you all for your hospitality and the Christmas tree on checking out. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful! off the track and secluded . under sold and pictures don't do it justice, a must see. very friendly and welcoming. cosy beautiful place to stay. we would book again without hesitation.

We had such a great time, it's a wonderful, magical place with beautiful natur! The yurts were super comfortable and clean. There is a sauna that is a must try, it was such a great experience. Tim was a great host, so nice and helpful; we would have loved to have stayed longer in this beautiful place. Thank you Tim for making this possible for us! My son said: 'if you could give 6 stars, we would give 7!'

we had a wonderful weekend in the yurt, Francoise & her husband were very friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. very accommodating & responsive hosts & a really lovely place. We are already planning a return trip!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the yurt. It’s such a lovely experience and there’s everything you need. Was wonderful to come in the spring as you can cook and eat outside to the sound of birdsong. Highly recommend.

Michelle went above and beyond to help surprise my husband for his birthday! Decorated with balloons and banners and I could not be happier with the effort she put in to make his birthday so special! Thank you so much, trip to remember 🫶🏻

First experience in this type of home with my two daughters, 5 and 9 years old. Marie is a very kind host, she took care to light a fire even before our arrival which was late on the first night. Many thanks to her, it's heartwarming. The place is simply magical, soothing, refreshing. We felt in the yurt as in a protective and warm cocoon (despite the appearance of a home made of wood and fabrics). The light is the first guest for our greatest pleasure during the day. At night, it was the stars that accompanied us through the dome. The girls were amazed and so were me! A living place that reconnected me to my inner being and reviving moments of my life unexpectedly. Sincerely, your hospitality in this place. How lucky we were to find you!

We had the best time at Tim's place! The location exceeded our expectations, it was so peaceful with loads to do and we even saw the resident deer a couple of times. We had a hammock, swings for the kids, a badminton court, firepit area with loads of wood. But make sure you are up for a steep walk to and from the car park as not suited for people with any knee or ankle issues. The yurt was spectacular too with everything you would expect and the furnishings are beautiful 🐝! Thank you Tim for a lovely stay!

The place is so nice especially with nature lovers, secure and we have a privacy. Angus is approachable, quick to response with our messages. We really enjoyed staying in Angus place. We were thankful for extra bonus the 5 free range eggs.
