Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Exclusive house half (156 sqm) in Lingen-Baccum with separate wellness floor for up to 8-9 people, from two nights. Basic price €150 per night for up to 4 people, each additional person €28. Children up to two years stay free of charge in their parents' room. A baby cot is available. The wellness area (70 sqm) costs, in addition to a basic fee of €30, €20 per person up to three hours, with two uses by the same people, €15 per person per use. Heating time 12 hours, minimum 3 people

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.
