Great place to stay in Osnabrück. Everything reachable by foot. Clean, modern and very cozy.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. The apartment has all the necessities for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Beautiful days in a beautiful accommodation. It was perfect (except for the weather😅). We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake exactly as described. Comfortable beds. Our stay in this beautiful holiday home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend staying with Christine – especially for families with small children! Already upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. The play barn was decorated with great attention to detail and excellently equipped – a real paradise for our 2-year-old son. He was particularly enthusiastic about the animals, which he greeted every morning with joy. The time in the pasture was a real highlight for him, and he already misses his animal friends. The apartment also left nothing to be desired: very clean, well equipped and with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The large garden was a dream - with a natural pool, sauna and many play opportunities for our little one. So, as parents, we were able to really switch off in between. The area offers many beautiful excursion destinations, which are also easily accessible with small children. We felt completely comfortable. Thanks for everything!!

This is a gem. Clean and nice with lots to do for the kids. We did not have time to swim in the pool as a thunderstorm came in, our children were disappointed as it was very nice. The farm is full of fruit, flowers and berries. New animals that come and greet, both dogs and horses. The toy vehicles and trampoline were a hit. We hope to return and stay longer next time.

We came from France for 4 nights, the welcome was very warm, The setting is very beautiful and quiet, well designed for our dog Lilou, small enclosed courtyard, the accommodation is comfortable, as indicated on the site. We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also already clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather wasn't so good. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space.

The house is stunning, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are of a high standard. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real treat for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any questions, help, and recommendations at an exceptional level.

What a gem! Truly had a wonderful stay at Jen and Robs vacation house. We enjoyed all amenities like the sauna and the whirlpool and we’re happy to make use of the fully equipped kitchen. We were 6 grown-ups and 2 under 2s and the weather was really not good. And yet we had enough space and the close by waterpark also has an indoor playground. Definitely would recommend!

It has a magical garden that makes you feel like you've landed in an enchanted cottage garden oasis. The exchange with her was just as harmonious, beautiful and she was very helpful. Wonderful stay in a pleasant and very quiet holiday park near Ruinen. Great place for beautiful walks and bike rides. An address to rest well and recharge, thanks to the singing of various birds we heard. House is bright and spacious and equipped with every comfort. We'd love to come back!

Super large apartment with complete inventory, everything new and very clean, we like that. The electric blinds make the bedroom dark, it's quiet anyway.

My sister, dad and I had a very nice time in Petra's apartment. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds very cozy. The garden can also be used and there we ate a piece of cake:) Highly recommend. Petra recommended us a bike rental!

We only stayed there for one night on our way through. It is certainly worth staying here longer. There are plenty of hiking and cycling options. The space is surprisingly large, especially for two people. Well rested, we were able to continue our journey the next day.

I had a wonderful stay at Kerstin's place! The apartment was very quiet and perfectly equipped, there was really everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness of the place, I felt at home from the first moment. My dog also felt right at home! Kerstin is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who was always available. I can absolutely recommend the place and will be happy to come back!
