The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and has a sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

This stylish place is perfect for 2-6 people, even with a dog. If you want to take "vacation as at home", but want to enjoy the proximity to nature in a spacious garden and the immediate access to the dyke, is the right place with us. The house offers two spacious residential units with a total of 350 square meters on a plot of 1,500 square meters. The residential units can accommodate a total of 13 people. Apartment Langeness is our largest apartment 70m2 and is on the ground floor. The 3 room apartment is for 4+2 persons. Dogs are allowed on request. In the spacious living room there is a cozy seating area and you have a large flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds, wardrobes and sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower cabin

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
