With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

The Schau ins Land vacation home consists of a semi-detached house with a private garden, furnished conservatory and large terrace with a beach chair and seating. On 125 m² of living space over 2 levels, a maximum of 8 people can be accommodated and it is ideal for 1-2 families. Your dog is welcome. The Schau ins Land vacation home has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen with storage room, 2 comfortable bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area.

Summer cottage idyll at the border

Our home is close to the border, art and culture, Højer, Tønder, in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park. You will love our home because of its unique location in a quiet environment, the endless space. Our home is suitable for couples, sunbathers, business travelers, families (with kids) . The immediate proximity of the home to Vidåen - which is a mecca for fishermen - allows you to dock, with a small dinghy in connection with the grounds.

Holidays on the North Sea

Welcome to the farm Norderhesbüll farm! My guest room with kitchenette and private bathroom offers peace and an unobstructed view over the North Frisian Marschland. The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border. Ferienhaus Nissen

The idyllically located wooden house is located in the small village of Ockholm, just 5 minutes from the Wadden Sea. Old apple trees surround the ecologically built house on the 1000sqm property and invite you to relax. From the back terrace you can enjoy the wide view of a pasture with horses or sheep. Swimming facilities and mudflat walks are within easy reach, as are the ferry docks to the Halligen or to Föhr and Amrum.

To the old post office

This beautiful, newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of the Fahretoft district. The loggia and the garden with a cozy seating area and a beach chair offer plenty of space to relax. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open living-cooking area complete the offer. You can book linens and towels for €15 per person or bring your own. We charge a fee of €5 per dog per day. Please let us know this before your arrival.
