Basement apartment in central Hamar (Domkirkeodden)

A relatively newly renovated (2019) residential apartment with large bathroom, bedroom and living/kitchen solution. Private entrance from the back of the house, and access to parking on the front of the house. The rest of the house is inhabited by us and we have three children who can produce some step sound. Otherwise, the dorm is separated from the house by a fireproof and soundproof door,which is locked with a key. TV is only available for AirPlay, and no apps/channels

Cozy apartment with own entrance. Open solution with living room and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, Dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom is completely newly renovated with a flushing toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed, and in the chaise lounge you will find a top mattress that fits. In the bedroom there is double bed. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels for 4 people. The carport in the far north is disposed by the tenant.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Studio with private bathroom with washing machine, single kitchen with 2 hot plates and microwave, sleeps 3 of which 1 on extra bed, private entrance is rented out. Peaceful neighborhood, short distance to grocery stores, city bus or 20 minutes walk to the city center. There is flexible check-in and check-out, but I would like to be notified when this is desired as there is a lot of rentals.

Hamar Vest - a gem in Hamar

The apartment is located on Hamar Vest 150 m from Mjøsa, open air museum, climbing park, swimming beaches. The area is peaceful and peaceful. You can bike and go for walks along Mjøsa. Domkirkeodden with Hamardomen from the Middle Ages is less than a kilometer away along the beach. Cafes can also be found along the beach. If you love nature and culture, this is a gem. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area.
