We have created a serene, spacious and tranquil place in a rural Hampshire Village, with excellent transport links to the South Coast and direct trains to London within 50 minutes, which makes it an ideal location for exploring. Walking distance to The Queen Inn pub, plus Cafe and Tap Room approximately 30 minutes walk. Located on the Wayfarer's Walk, we are also a perfect location for exploring Jane Austen country. Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Hawthorn Barn

Hawthorn Barn has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating for the limestone floor and the advantage of a wood burning stove to ensure complete comfort during your visit. Please bring your own kiln dried logs. The Barn is completely separate from the house affording a high degree of privacy. Please note that we are unable to accept children under 16 yrs old. Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
