Monthly Rentals in Eldorado Springs

Had a wonderful stay at Susan's she was so friendly and proactive in ensuring my partner and I had everything we needed. She also made it clear we could reach out whenever we wanted to ask for recommendations or for anything else. The space itself was lovely, with great interior design and was very very clean. It was also always a very comfortable temperature despite the huge range in weather over my two month stay. The location was fantastic with beautiful view of Rocky mountains and foothills, within less than 5 minutes walk to Broadway and all travel connections. I would completely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and would personally love to go back to Boulder.

This super quiet, one bedroom apartment was just perfect for one person to occupy for a month and work remotely. A terrific location walking distance to Pearl St Mall in a safe, historic neighborhood. Very close to hiking trails, bike share station, grocery store and restaurants. Craig was the best of hosts, often checking in and providing any small item that was lacking. I was so pleased it was very quiet, and had a cute little balcony with a view of the mountains. Newly upgraded kitchen and bath, good air conditioning and dedicated parking. Could not have asked for a better place for my month in Boulder!

Great place to stay - affordable and comfortable. The host is lovely, provides recommendations for hikes and keeps a nice stockpile of herbs and spices for cooking with. Pretty nice area - very close to the university and some decent walks around. Bus journey to downtown. Host has bikes to use if you want. Only negative is if all rooms are full, kitchen is a bit cramped for many people cooking at once. But the host tells me he plans to move stuff around to improve that. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This home in Superior is breathtaking! Holly was always attentive & making sure I felt welcome. I especially appreciated the bottle of wine upon my arrival & the all-natural soaps since I am very sensitive to chemicals. The best part is the view! Thank you both for making me feel like family & would love to come back again!
