Very good equipped flat, kitchen, dining room with all utensils (microwave, cafetera, kettle etc), bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed, bathroom with bath tube and BD, balcony with table and chairs. Free wifi and parking spots directly in the front. Nearest local shop only 1 minute walking distance, cafeterías and bars around the corner. Only by locals known small hidden beach nearby, 5 minutes by car. Shopping Centre 5 min.by foot.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Piso totalmente reformado en zona tranquila del Tablero. Consta de dos dormitorios y un baño. Cocina totalmente equipada con mesita de desayuno y zona de lavadero. La casa es muy luminosa con acceso a una amplia terraza privada. Primera planta con escalones para acceder a la vivienda. Es necesario respetar las normas comunitarias. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
