A nappalit elárasztja a fény a teraszon keresztül, ahonnan gyönyörű kilátás tárul elénk Puerto Rico városára. A modern konyha és fürdőszoba minden igényt kielégít. Akár nyugalmat, akár a nyüzsgést szereted, innen minden csak egy rövid sétára van. Si può godere con serenità la vita locale e nel residence c’è la piscina per gli ospiti. Dal terrazzo hai una splendida vista sul mare dove rilassarsi e godersi le luci del tramonto. Aprovecha al máximo tus vacaciones en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa y el centro de Puerto Rico y cuenta con una pequeña piscina. Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.

Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
