We offer you accommodation in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet, and the loft has just been renovated, retaining its rustic and practical character. It has a ground floor with direct access to the courtyard, featuring a kitchen, bathroom and living room, and an open-plan first floor with a double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us. BBQS ARE NOT ALLOWED

The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

It continues with a fully equipped mini kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a garden terrace with a table and chairs and ocean views. It is close to but independent of the host's house. There is a restaurant next door called "La Caseta" where you can eat very well. You have to make a reservation. The village is a 10-minute walk away. There are some bars and the pizzeria "Da Bruno."

Hi, Gerard called me. I'm the host of @MYHOMEPARATI. I like giving you the intimacy that guests deserve with their own fully renovated guest house in January 2024. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor area for relaxation, as well as the private pool. (But there is some outside visibility.) Free parking inside the estate. The property is located 15 minutes from Barcelona and a few kilometres from beaches and other attractions.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent dwellings on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
