In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Apartment with a lot of natural light, it is located in the mountain so you can access the Corredor Natural Park on foot from the house. 5-10 minute drive to all amenities (Hospital, Shopping Center and City Center). Located 25 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from the Costa Brava.
