Das Höhlenhaus hängt wie Schwalbennest am Hang. Es besticht besonders durch seinen traumhaften Meerblick und Süd-West Ausrichtung. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man bis zur Nachbarinsel Teneriffa. Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind im Höhlenteil des Hauses untergebracht. Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum.
