The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung im 2. OG mit Gartenblick und verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen Arbeitsplatz & Schränke. Gastronomie innerhalb von 200m, überdachtes Fahrradplatz

Die überdachte Aussenterrasse und BBQ Grill laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Leider hat der Pool keine Sicherheitsabdeckung und aus diesem Grund ist die Villa nur fuer Schwimmer geeignet
