Vacation home in Threna with fenced property and covered terrace. The vacation home has air conditioning on the upper floors and a fireplace on the first floor. Walks and bike rides into the entire Neuseenland can start directly from the vacation home. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked, 2 car parking spaces. Shopping center (Pösna Park) in the neighboring village. There are several lakes in the immediate vicinity. Highways A14 and A38 in the neighboring towns. 15 minutes to Leipzig and Grimma.

The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Here you can simply relax, enjoy great excursions into nature or to the Hohenwarte reservoir (Thuringian Sea), which can be reached on foot via a 1.2 km hiking trail. We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
