Kostenloser Parkplatz und Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Ruhige, zentrumsnahe Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, ideal für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Günstiger Autobahnanschluss A4/A9 Richtung Jena, Weimar, Leipzig, Halle und Erfurt.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life.

City Escape - Surrounded by Vineyards

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Discover our lovingly restored cottage from 1910 – in the middle of the green Eleonorental in Bad Köstritz, known for its Köstritzer Schwarzbier and the traditional dahlia culture. On three floors you will find nostalgic original furniture, a soothing infrared sauna and above all: a lot of peace and quiet. Surrounded by forest, meadows and the rippling Goldbach, the house is an ideal place for a break, creative workation or relaxed family time.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. On the large terrace you can end the day with your family or friends. A large box spring bed and sofa bed are available. The amenities also allow for longer stays. A well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The city center can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes on foot.

Our small apartment with parking is 150 m away from the world-famous cathedral. The apartment is closed, furnished with antique furniture and very quiet. We appreciate nice people to whom we can show the surroundings.
