The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

The house is furnished to allow families with (and without) children to have a good time. Cycling and hiking trails are just around the corner. Dexheim itself offers a lot (culture on the farm, history, the town hall garden and more), but also Oppenheim, Nierstein, Worms, Mainz, Heidelberg – it's just beautiful here! We do NOT rent to fitters.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a holiday in the luxurious ambience of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The 4-hectare farmstead is idyllically situated in the middle of the vineyards and can be accessed at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine cooler. Beer pong party people, please don't book!

Hexenhäuschen in the old town near Frankfurt

It's probably the weirdest way to stay overnight! Our historic house is now 337 years old and more leaning than the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but it's still a great place to sleep. Located in the historic old town of Dreieichenhain and yet a very quiet location. Optimal connection to Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt etc.: Bus and train can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Dreieich-Dreieichenhain is very well connected to federal roads and motorways.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 persons. The cottage is fully equipped such as washer/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras.
