Een vrijstaand, gezellig huisje van ongeveer 45m2 achter in onze tuin, met de mogelijkheid om lekker buiten te zitten. Het ligt in het rustige en mooie Egmond-Binnen en kijkt uit op de Abdij. In 10 minuten fiets je naar het strand door het prachtige duinreservaat. In het dorp, op loopafstand, is een supermarkt, restaurants, snackbar en de Abdijwinkel met heerlijk zelfgebrouwen bier en biologische groentes. Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen, in de straat kan je gratis parkeren.

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

Welcome to our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" in Egmond aan Zee. We are Hinke and Peter. We have renovated our vacation home and furnished it in a modern way. It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. Enjoy a quiet place on the edge of the Egmond-Binnen dunes and a 2.5 km walk from the beach. Fully equipped, very private and in nature. In summer, the sunset is spectacular. While enjoying the view with a BBQ, the vacation home is fully furnished! There is a free parking at the house. The house is located in the middle of the dune area.

Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
