Our comfortable summer house is called "Aremer Duin" and is located directly on the nature reserve the Kennemer Duinen. The beautiful, quiet beach of Egmond-Binnen is within walking distance (2 km) via the dunes. The summer house is completely independent, has a free entrance and fantastic views of the bulb fields and the Abbey. It is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. A good base for beautiful cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem and the Wadden Islands (including Texel).

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!
