Beachfront holiday rental in Eglin Air Force Base

Great place to stay in Niceville right on the bay. Melissa's Place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats come in.

Great place with great views out the back. Access to the pier is a nice touch….kids fished until the wee hours. Great location as far as restaurants, gift shops and close to the bridge to Navarre Beach. Lenora is a great communicator…any question I had was answered promptly.

Good place! If you want to stay somewhere near the beach, this is a good spot. Host was responsive & place was cozy.

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

This was a last-minute, unplanned trip to be with family after my uncle made the difficult decision to stop chemotherapy. I’m so grateful for how accommodating and responsive the host was during such an emotional time. The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and just what we needed. The host went above and beyond to make the booking process smooth, even on short notice. I truly appreciate the kindness and flexibility, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make a hard time a little easier.

This was an excellent place to stay. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The beach access was fantastic. We used a local company to rent chairs and umbrellas and they were set up for us right near the Airbnb. Every question we had was answered super quickly and Awnna was proactive with sharing information as well. The kids loved feeding the turtles and fish in the lake out back. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook for a family of 6. When we return to Destin we fully plan to rent the same place.

I have stayed at a lot of airbnb’s. This was by far one of my top stays. Beautiful condo. Clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Great location with a beautiful view. Host was very helpful and very responsive. Will stay again when back in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I had a great time in Destin and this unit was perfect for what we needed! We loved that the balcony gets shade most of the day so we could sit out there and not be burning up. We loved how many restaurants and activities there were to do around the area. Very communicative and checked in on us when we arrived. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful homebase for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen/bathroom, and beautiful views. Great location on the beach with covered parking. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to Destin beaches. The provided beach towels, boogie boards, puzzles, and shampoo/conditioner were a plus and the kids loved the bunk beds. Prompt communication from Sam and easy to follow check-in/out instructions. Would stay again.

Perfect place for our short little stay! Cleanliness is one of my biggest requirements while staying somewhere and they definitely hit the mark here! Being on the second floor was great for location in reference to the beach, the office, and the pool. We would def come back!

We were very pleased with the location and the view was spectacular. The host were very responsive and always quick to reply to all my questions. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

The place was great. Views and access to the bay, pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Nice walkway over the busy road to the beach and restaurants. The condos were not too crowded even though it was a holiday weekend. We watched the fireworks from the pier at night. Would definitely recommend.

I’m still in shock that we found this hidden gem! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. When I booked I didn’t realize we weren’t in Destin. Turned out we were far enough out to avoid crazy traffic and crowds, but close enough to cross over for dinner and exploring. There is a close beach entrance and lots of walkable restaurants! Can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. THANK YOU ROBERT!

It’s hard to explain perfection but you’ll find it here. Annie thought of absolutely everything and had it all available for us. The house is fully stocked and ready for being able to relax and have fun with family. There is beauty all around and spaces to refill your soul. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.

Our stay at this condo was nothing short of feeling at home! The condo was clean, organized, and full of extras that made our beach trip very enjoyable. Prime location centrally located in the middle of many great beach spots. We were able to spend time on various beaches between Destin and Pensacola. Stacy was both proactive and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend this cute little home away from home! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great stay for 2! Easy walk to the beach, clean and updated space. Thankfully there were beach chairs (either leftover from another guest or from the hosts) that we were able to use as well. Would return :)

Very beautiful, clean place to stay. See the water right from your balcony! Kitchen is perfect for easy meals and of course the coffee maker is the best part! Clean bathroom, full shower, BIG TV too with surround sound. Would definitely stay again.

A very nice, quiet, and comfortable apartment in a lovely setting on the Santa Rosa Bay. Very lovely, large clean pool with great landscaping. The bed and pillows were excellent. Both Joshua and Elizabeth were outstanding in responding to questions and needs immediately.
