Holiday rentals with a patio in Effingham County

Was a great place to stay for a few days. Looked great, and was extremely nice!

The apartment is well kept with all the listed amenities. The bed was comfortable and the AC works well. The parking situation is not ideal, but there is always spots in the complex. There were some issues with consumables, but the host was able to remedy the issue quickly.

This was a great place to stay. The host gave good instructions and replied quickly. Close to a food lion and restaurants. I travel a lot for work and this might be my home away from home.

Loved my stay at this peaceful spot. Good kitchen to cook in. Nice area to walk around. Would definitely recommend staying here and if I find myself back around the area will book again

My stay was nothing short of wonderful! Reginald was so helpful and accommodating. Solved my one issue in such a timely manner and was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Everything was exactly as described. Such a great location and the apartment had a great view. The turtles were my favorite part. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen had all utensils needed for cooking a meal. The apartment was only about 15-20 minutes from the downtown historic area of Savannah.

Jais’s place was perfect for me and my family , it was the perfect size, super clean and comfortable. The description and pictures are 100% accurate. Jais was very responsive with questions I had. Everything was perfect and the location is close to everything ! I will definitely book with Jais again when back in Port Wentworth.

The place is beautiful and quiet. So quiet, we didn't realize we had neighbors behind us. Great restaurants close by and downtown Savannah is only a 35min drive. Our host, Michelle, was very responsive when we needed something. Everything was great. Only complaint is that the tenants behind us has controls of the A/C so if you need it changed, you have to message Micheele. But again, she took care of it in a hurry.

Perfectly located house near downtown Springfield. Check in was easy, house was immaculate.

Definitely a place I would want to come back to for another trip to Savannah. It was so close the airport and a lot of restaurants.

This place was close to the wedding venue and convenient to downtown historic Savannah. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and the spacious second story balcony. Plenty of room for our party of six. Would definitely recommend!

Tara is a great host and her listing provided accurate photos and list of amenities. The home is a new build, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Tara also provides a manual with important instructions regarding the home, her contact information, and things of interest in the area. Communicating with Tara was easy and she was very helpful in offering assistance or to answer questions. Her responses are timely. The neighborhood is family oriented and peaceful. All the amenities one could ask for were available with a fantastic play area and pool for kids. The neighborhood itself is new and easily accessible with just a short hop to get on I95. It also provided a relatively easy drive to get to downtown Savannah as well.

I cannot say enough nice things. Probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. We were alerted about an issue with the refrigerator before arrival. Brandon did everything during our stay to make sure it didn’t inconvenience us. Like way above and beyond. He and Travis were there checking on anything we needed without imposing. We ended up chatting quite a bit. They were so sweet and knowledgeable. They are locals so they had the scoop on where to get great seafood. It felt like we went to visit old friends. We had our 2 dogs with us. This rental isn’t just “pets allowed” it’s SUPER dog friendly. It’s all safely enclosed, even the parking area can be gated for an extra level of safety. We were able to truly relax and not worry. I don’t think the dogs wanted to come home; they loved the outdoor area. Everything was very clean and well maintained. You can tell how much hard work Brandon has put into the remodeling and amenities. We would love to stay there again!

House was perfect for a girls weekend. It’s convenient to downtown Savannah & tybee island. Home is furnished nicely with 4 large bdrms. Plenty of space for everyone & was super clean.

Great home. The beds were comfy and the place was well decorated. Very responsive host and super helpful. The home is fairly close to the airport so you hear a lot of planes flying but it wasn’t disruptive. We greatly enjoyed the house and are thankful for the host and experience.
