Very stylish and beautifully furnished apartment with excellent amenities. We lacked nothing, it was very cozy and relaxing. Only the daily supply of baked goods and food was not provided in the village itself, for this you have to drive to the next larger village (about 10 minutes). Overall a very nice holiday on the North Sea!

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the time.

We enjoyed our stay at TheDa's place. It is a brand new apartment that has a clever layout and is lovingly furnished. You have everything you need and feel right at home. Within walking distance you are right in the city center. Communication with Theda was always quick and very friendly. We can recommend this place without hesitation!

Had a great stay in Hage. Eelke is the perfect host. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, the beds are super comfortable, there are more than enough towels and and and and and... The location is quiet, yet the restaurants in Hage, bakery or supermarket are also within walking distance. By car, you can quickly get to the north or the other places on the coast. We recommend the place without restrictions and would be happy to come back.

I felt comfortable before I even arrived ! This was probably due to the appealing pictures and the two nice phone calls in advance. The actual stay then exceeded my expectations. Although the weather decided to show me the middle finger with extensive rains. But I had my "feel-good oasis" , very nice conversations with Isabel and Kai and of course the pleasant contact with the dogs and horses. A repeat stay cannot be avoided. Maybe the weather god will hold me next time, then an increase is hardly possible !

The accommodation was really very nice and lovingly designed. The entrance through the barn was definitely interesting. The surroundings are beautiful and offer many opportunities to relax or go on excursions. Everything can be easily reached by car. Sven was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were absolutely uncomplicated. Particularly noteworthy is the excellently equipped kitchen – it really lacked nothing. Although it was stated that the WiFi does not work or works poorly, everything worked without problems with mobile data. The TV setup is very good, and with a suitable selection of DVDs, there is also plenty of entertainment. Overall a great experience – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

We were in Norddeich for four days. The apartment is really nicely furnished and has everything you need. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Only the laundry hanger for the balcony is very small, but that is not really a shortcoming. The location is simply great, just a few steps and you are right by the sea. Arne always responded quickly and kindly to our questions. Extra services such as bed linen and towels were also possible. All in all a great overall package, we would definitely book here again!

We had a great time in Pilsum with Sonja and André. The apartment is super centrally located (< 1 min walk to the restaurant, village shop and church), is extremely spacious as well as top modern and equipped with everything you need, also a cot and high chair have been provided. Communication and check-in were very easy; the cleanliness especially in the bathroom could be a little better (hair on the floor). If you are looking for a quiet stay in a tranquil village near Greetsiel, this is the place to be. Recommendation!

We had a great stay in Ruth's apartment and felt completely comfortable. For 30 days, it was our home and workplace at the same time – and it impressed us in every respect. We would like to highlight in particular: - The excellently equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired – ideal for those who like to cook. There are three coffee machines (filter, tab and strainer). There is also the famous East Frisian tea. - The fantastic roof terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a day's work. - The fast and stable internet that made working from home possible without any problems. - The extremely friendly and helpful hosts, who were always available and welcomed us with a lot of warmth. We fully recommend the place and would come back anytime!

Perfect accommodation. The apartment is super clean. The facility is lovingly and fully equipped. There was really nothing missing. Hedda is very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is located in a quiet area and not far from the beach in Norddeich. I had taken a walk in the morning and was there for a good 30 minutes. By car in 2-3 minutes to the Ocean Wave and parking lot to the beach. Quiet and perfect. If I went to the corner again, I would definitely rent this apartment. Thank you, Hedda. 🌸

Very spacious, superbly equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Furnished with attention to detail and idyllically located. Communication with Sabine was straightforward, extremely courteous and incredibly responsive. A minor problem was immediately resolved in the evening with the utmost effort by Sabine and Stefan. Absolutely recommended, we'd love to come back!

Our stay in this beautiful holiday home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was lovingly furnished, the hot tub and sauna were clean, well maintained and the hot tub was already preheated on arrival. Roger was totally nice, attentive and not intrusive. A good place to switch off from everyday life and spend a few days right by the sea.

We stayed in the accommodation for 10 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is nicely decorated, very bright and friendly. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Communication with Dennis was very straightforward, he was very friendly and we always got back to us very promptly. We will be happy to come back.

What a beautiful place, I really enjoyed the stay and the jacuzzi, walked wonderfully with the dogs in the beautiful surroundings and Gerard and his wife Rieke are incredibly friendly!
