Holiday rentals with beach access in Edgewater

Nice and quiet, clean, great view of the beach, perfect for 2 people, plenty of parking, excellent restaurants nearby, especially Porto Fino, Aunt Catfish, and Dine and Cruise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

Laurens condo was perfect for our beach stay. It’s close to nearby restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Really no complaints!

Listing is as described. Convenient to beach and local restaurants. The assigned parking spaces seem to be in a random order. We drove up & down the rows only to find that ours was right in front of the patio door! Kitchen is fully stocked. Parking lot has hose to rinse off your chairs, feet, and your tires if you drove on the beach. There are lots of rules for this HOA property. Familiarize yourself and you’ll be fine. Overall, the space was perfect for our couple’s weekend.

I LOVED staying here!! Nejma was so kind and very helpful with anything we needed!! The little apartment (unit 1) was perfect for two people and was very clean!! It didn’t bother me or my friend since we’re heavy sleepers, but you will hear some road noise. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll def be staying here again!!

BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Beautiful and clean home, accurate description and great location. Perfect for those traveling with dogs. Lots of things to do and Ormand Beach is absolutely beautiful and super close to Daytona Beach. Definitely would recommend and will stay again next time we travel down there with our dogs.

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

My husband and I like to visit NSB on the weekends when we can . We usually stay at hotels , but we like to stay in places that have more room and feels like home . My husband and I were very satisfied . It was perfect for two people and it was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet . Hopefully we I’ll be able to come back soon .

Beautiful home walking distance from the Ocean. Matched description. Very clean and organized. Responsive and kind host. My one critique is as a visit with 4 adults and 2 children for 4 nights we only had one additional roll of toilet paper and one additional trash bag that led to us having to buy some. We did not message our host, if we did I'm sure he would have gave us more. I also understand people tend to take extra things, but maybe two additional for longer stays and more people would be nice.

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

We had the best time while in town for Rockville 2025. Mark, our host, was so responsive and friendly. Absolutely beautiful place and a short walk tot he beach. Will definitely book again :)

Marianela was amazing, we were able to meet her when we arrived and talked for a while. She was super responsive and told us some great recommendations for restaurants and what to do. We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a great visit!

What a gem!!!! It was prefect for my husband and myself! The bed was super comfortable. An easy walk to beach, CVS, a beach shop, and restaurants. The hosts were prefect. They were quick to respond and gave lots of recommendations. We would stay with them again!

I had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The scenery was amazing. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing.
