This gorgeous fully furnished two-bedroom third floor condo has everything you need for carefree, beach town vacation. Open floor plan, tile floor, fully stocked kitchen, jetted tub, standing shower, bathroom vanity with double sinks, in unit laundry room. Queen bed in the master. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, another twin bed, and an extra slide out bed on the floor for larger families. Complex has two recreation centers, two heated pools, nature walk, and more.

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!

The Lemon Cottage -NO EXTRA FEES

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed.
