Great place to stay for the weekend. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy Erica’s place but it was a spontaneous trip there for work. Our little 10 m/o guy enjoyed the home feel as did we. He especially loved the space to roll around in his walker. The photos are the exact way as the layout/set up of Erica’s home. Beautiful spot and the area was very quiet. Quick drive to the beach- 15 min. We enjoyed being away from the noise and traffic. Thank you Erica!

Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

We really enjoyed all the space and interacting with the animals (the cows were a hit with my youngest who named them Timothy, Gerald, and Albert lol). The pool was a big hit as well. Awesome stay, Christina was great with making sure everything was perfect from checking in to departure,nicely furnished with everything you need to feel like home, great location on the beach with a nice pool to relax in after a long day of playing in the sun, plenty of entertainment and good food nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and exactly like the photos. It was a perfect place to rest between my son’s baseball games for a local tournament, with easy access to the amenities and the local must see/eat/do with in walking distance to the beach! Would stay again!

Jill was the most amazing host! The was incredibly responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make myself and daughter felt comfortable. Everything was just as described. The fully functional kitchen was also the best-stalked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. We had no issues cooking meals. The dogs made me feel safe and secure. I was missing my own dog, so they helped with that. My daughter loved the pool and spent most of the day in it. They also had a beautiful fenced in back yard with umbrellas and plenty of seating with shade if needed. Speaking of keeping cool, the A/C unit works really well! Jill was very responsive and even anticipated our needs multiple times. My daughter insists that we stay with Jill when we come back to Sanford.

Cute place, easy parking, easy ten minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood where it was easy to walk my dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax in Port Orange. Joe was an excellent host, very responsive, and extremely accommodating. Would high recommend a stay here! It's close to all Daytona has to offer and if you feel like staying in, there's a nice patio to relax and grill on.

Had a wonderful stay, and Maureen had THE BEST recommendations for places to see in Port Orange. She was super responsive, gave great instructions and I enjoyed my stay here. Dishwasher wasn’t working but that didn’t bother us too much. Absolutely would recommend!

Just stayed at The Lemon Cottage for my daughter’s birthday getaway. Prior to our arrival I reached out to Mrs. Debbie to ask her if she could decorate the cottage before we arrived to surprise the birthday girl. Mrs. Debbie far exceeded my expectations especially considering she did not have to do what I asked of her. She truly made the arrival of our girl’s weekend magical. The cottage was beautiful, and had everything you would need for a stay minus the food and extras you bring. The kids also enjoyed the snack basket that was at the cottage. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for your great hospitality and making my girl’s birthday extra special.

I spent one night here with my son, wife and dog. Perfect for what we needed. The wife LOVED the bath, for being a studio it was quite spacious. Backyard was perfect for my dog and little man to run around in. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice, affordable place to stay not far from Daytona. This is the place!

I stayed at Rome's house for my daughter's wedding which was in New Smyrna. The place was exactly as advertised. Rome was responsive to my questions I asked him for a early check in to attend a family function and he graciously said yes. We only stayed 2 nights but it met and exceeded our expectations. Yuki was very kind and accommodating; easy to book easy to find and relatively close to local public and Winn Dixie. Only a 10 minute drive to beaches too.
