Great one bedroom open concept, detached garage apartment for privacy. Located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. In minutes you can be basking on the beach, eating at great restaurants, and shopping. Smoking is outside only. No pets allowed.
What guests are saying:“Our stay at Marj’s bungalow was great! I met her just before we checked out and she was lovely! She made sure to ask if we needed anything shortly after check in! Her place was spotless clean and it was in a great neighborhood too. The fan was great along with the climate controlled AC. I need a fan to sleep so that was a great touch! The cable TV was nice and we watched that a bit too. Would definitely stay again!”
Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.
What guests are saying:“This place is a great value in New Smyrna Beach. I was shocked at how spacious the unit was. I have 3 very tall adultish sons who hate small, cramped spaces. We all had plenty of space. The unit is well stocked - cooler, beach chairs and cart, sand toys (we didn't use these), all things to actually cook (I hate when they don't really expect you to cook in the unit), plenty of towels and beach towels, shampoo, soap, etc. It was very clean. Great communication with hosts. They seemed super nice and very helpful. The complex is older, but well-maintained. There are 3 pools, only one of which is heated, several tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and shuffle board (this is free, but did have to message host to find out how to get the stuff). The location is great- just a quick walk to the beach (but you do have to cross the busy street). The unit is nicely decorated and the decor was not dated, as I had expected. For the price, I think it would be nearly impossible to find anything close to this nice. Many of the people in the complex are older. It is definitely a quiet complex, which was perfect for us. We were here off-season in January, so it was a bit chilly, but a great getaway for an amazing price. Would definitely stay in this unit again if given the opportunity. It is very close to restaurants, stores, and the beach.”
Footsteps from the sandy beach, only accessible by locals. Beach driving is not permitted on this end of the beach. Plenty of wonderful local restaurants, or walk across the street to the grocery store. Quaint neighborhood that is your own private oasis. Come enjoy the lazy days on our piece of New Smyrna Beach.
What guests are saying:“Spacious bedrooms and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the sliding glass doors in the master, I had them open at bedtime for a few hours to listen to the ocean. This is a small townhouse community, I wanna say 8-12 units so no big crowds but close to shops and restaurants. Make sure you eat at the garlic and or norwoods. The pool is oceanfront and like I said smaller community not over run with people. The decor in the house was super cute with a beach home feel. The kitchen was well supplied . Just bring your own specialty gadgets and spices. The attached garage was nice because I brought my bike and didn’t have to worry about it’s security . I will definitely plan another stay!”
