Monthly Rentals in Eden island

I had a busy short stay but all instructions were clear and easy to follow. GRE was proactive and reached out in case we needed anything during our time there. Place was super cute and clean as shown in the pictures. St. Pete is an awesome area, so thankful to have a nice clean place to stay. Thank you GRE!

My stay was a delight. The place is super cute and exactly as described/depicted. I enjoyed walking along the bay every day -got in many more steps than usual! I'm someone who works out daily and it was super convenient to have an F45 studio ten blocks away (I walked each day) and the Body Electric yoga studio (highly recommend) on 30th street. I didn't have a car for much of the time so this was convenient. I also walked downtown a lot and it's a very pleasant walk. Trader Joe's is literally a five minute walk as is a Fresh Market. Trying to share how convenient it is - but most of all, it's a wonderful location in a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

This home is amazing! Quite area, great neighborhood, super friendly host, the space was super clean and upgraded. The bed was very comfortable and the first time in months traveling I actually got a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling or going for a little get away. This is not just a place to stay while traveling, I now will be calling it my second home anytime I'm in the area for travel. The host will leave you to yourself if you want or have great conversations if you choose. 5 stars is not enough for this review. We should be able to put 5 stars with a plus symbol next to it. I stayed a month plus at this location. I can not wait until my next stay there. Thank you again to the host's. Your place is everything anyone could ask for being away from their home.

David was a great, responsive host and made it a great long term stay for my husband and I. The air bnb was clean, and had everything we needed for a month long stay with our dog. The location is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops and is in close proximity to downtown. We would highly recommend this for your next stay!
