Charming completely renovated studio apartment in quiet St. Pete neighborhood sits below another apartment. Studio has dishes and glasses, pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc. The apartment has a kitchenette with a table top burner with two burners (no oven) a medium-sized fridge, microwave, convection oven & coffee maker. Furnishings: Full-sized bed (new as of June 2024), table, chairs, bookcases, wardrobe. French doors lead to patio; new appliances and small shower, TV and cable/internet.
