Villa with swimming pool surrounded by greenery with olive trees, the property is 170sqm on two levels, consists of 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, (total 9 beds) 1 master bathroom, kitchen with living room and a very large ideal veranda for roasting. The villa is located a few KM from the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (Alghero and Stintino are 30 minutes away by car, while Platamona and Porto Torres are 15-20 minutes away by car) and a fantastic water park, plus shops and a center nearby. huge commercial. Included are: Linen and all the necessary appliances for your stay. Additional information: In the villa there is air conditioning in all bedrooms, and also in the main room. The villa with the garden, the swimming pool, the veranda, the spaces for using the barbeque are for the exclusive use of the tourist. It is also possible to book an excursion on the "Mariù" sailing ship. An 11.50 meter Clipper model sailing ketch offers comforts such as a bathroom, spaces for sunbathing, a fresh water shower and background music that adds the perfect touch to the day at sea. We leave from Stintino at 10am, the return is scheduled for around 5.30pm. During the excursion you will enjoy 3/4 stops in the most enchanting coves of Asinara and the Stintino area, including La Pelosa and Fornelli, at the commander's discretion and based on weather and sea conditions. The trip includes an aperitif with tasting of local products and a welcome spritz. During the second stop you will delight in a lunch that includes a fish first course (Sardinian fregola with fresh local prawns) and a second course based on the daily catch. Coffee, Sardinian desserts and digestive complete the dining experience, with soft drinks, beer and local Vermentino included during meals.
