Welcome to Villa Pintadera, a holiday home with sea views in Northern Sardinia, located on the beautiful coast between Sorso and Castelsardo. Relaxation, nature and sunsets over the sea await you here. The house features an open-plan living area, two bedrooms with sea views (one double and one triple), and a private garden with a BBQ for outdoor dining. Ideal location for exploring La Pelosa, Asinara and Alghero. During the summer, there are bars, restaurants and convenience stores. A sweet puppy lives on the property, in its own fenced-off area.

The house offers a kitchen with a living room and a foldable single bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a bathroom. In addition to a terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
