We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

On our modern, charmingly decorated houseboat you'll have a wonderful stay on the water. It comes equipped with all conveniences. The location is very popular and central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation

One minute from the bus station in Edam. 20 minutes from city center Amsterdam, in a safe, causy, quite and child-friendly neighbourhood. Also a 100 mteres from the known Edam cheese markets. From here: visit most of the Netherlands within 2 hours drive. Perfect for a family with one or two children. You will be renting the whole house, with garden. Bathtub in a fully niew bathroom ! Edam, rated 8.6/10 by visitors in a survey in 2016. Check iamsterdam com for ideas! Fireplace NOT in use.

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Reachable by bus in just half an hour. Quietly enjoy the waterfront, also an option.

It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

This romantic houseboat ADRIANA in the heart of Amsterdam is for real lovers of historic ships. Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and Central Station. The ship has 5G internet, TV, central heating and a free parking space. U has the exclusive use. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Vacation home on farmyard

A cozy and atmospheric holiday home on our farm. The house is built in a former barn in a quiet place, along the dike. In the spacious yard there is enough space to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility, space and nature. The house features a bedroom on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. Overlooking the dike and beyond the Gouwzee. In which summers can be swimmed. Cohabitants of the farm are our chickens and sheep.

Living in a typical dutch house, but also close to all places of touristic interest is a unique combination that will make your stay fantastic!

Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
