Cozy mini apartment (approx. 18 sqm) on the basement floor with natural light and en-suite bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes you can get to Stuttgart Central Station / Schlossplatz by subway. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Bright small well-kept apartment in a lovely location

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Between the big city and nature (Hochdorf/Enz)

It is a two-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which is accessible via an open steep external staircase. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and contains all the necessary dishes. In the living room, there is also a large dining table and a large TV. By car, you can reach Stuttgart or Ludwigsburg in about 1/2 hour. The connection to the public transport network is available but unfortunately the buses run very rarely.

Quiet apartment on the edge of the Black Forest

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a detached house with garden and terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is located right by the apartment. Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.

Idyllically quiet 2-room apartment

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjacent Milchhäusle dairy shop offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping is a 5-minute drive. The nearest train station is a 10-minute drive. As you can see in the pictures, there is also a new, fully functional kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker. We look forward to receiving your booking!

Our 1.5-room apartment is centrally located in Renningen. The apartment is new and is characterized by the perfect blend of location and charm. The train station is a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to Stuttgart and Böblingen S6/S61, among others. Shops (bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc.) are within walking distance. The stylish bathroom with rain shower and in winter the fantastic underfloor heating give a cozy feeling.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the top floor of my single-family home, overlooking Leonberg. The historic old town is a 10-minute walk away. Stuttgart is 15 km away 24 km to the airport The property is conveniently located and easily accessible by car via the A8/A81.

The 2-room apartment with large kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stove) and daylight bathroom is located in Bissingen, within walking distance of shopping. There is space for 2 adults. Our guests appreciate the coziness, cleanliness and proximity to the beautiful meadow valley on the Enz.
