Monthly Rentals in Eavestone

We had such a wonderful time during our two night stay at the cozy cottage. Nestled in a peaceful and stunning part of the country, it was the perfect escape to slow down and recharge. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, Elaine was a fantastic host, checking in to see if we needed anything and even surprising us with some of her homemade sourdough. Such a thoughtful touch! The fireplace made the cottage feel extra warm and inviting, and getting a little glimpse of farm life was a real highlight. We’d love to return someday, it was a truly special stay.

An amazing cottage in the most peaceful and beautiful setting. Has everything you need inside and is so quiet during the night which is great for a full nights rest to explore the surroundings the next day! The place is dog and baby friendly. The welcome gifts were a great bonus too! The wood burner makes for a cozy evening

We absolutely loved staying in the cottage. It’s even lovelier than the photos show! The design and attention to detail in the decor really worked beautifully in this period place. It was warm and cosy and clutter-free. It’s a very homely place. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The sun is on the front lawn in the afternoon and evening and it’s a great place to sit and listen to the curlews. The surrounding area is fabulous. Just a short walk across a field and you are in Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal grounds. Deer roaming and swimming in the lake there. Lots of footpaths to walk locally. Literally minutes from Ripon too with Booths & M&S food for provisions. Nidderdale is on the doorstep with lots of lovely villages and pubs. We were sad to leave this little gem of a place and will definitely return.

Our stay at Dallow Hall Barns was wonderful! The surrounding area is extremely picturesque and peaceful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen provided everything necessary to prepare our meals there. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The large window overlooking the sheep field kept us entertained for hours, we could not get enough. The hosts were friendly and responsive, we really felt at home there. It was so helpful to have a washing machine on site. We also took advantage of the BBQ grill, and our patio was very inviting. We found everything we needed in the way of groceries, drugstores, and restaurants, in the nearby villages of Pateley Bridge and Ripon. But we visited many places throughout North Yorkshire and the East Coast while staying at Dallow Hall. We could not have asked for anything more for a month-long stay and cannot recommend it enough!
