It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby.
