In the 1950s, a working-class family lived in close quarters and the home had everything necessary and, above all, closeness, togetherness and caring. This tiny home has the same elements. The interior design takes into account the need for families with children to have up to four children sleep close to their parents. On the other hand, the apartment is spacious for one or two people. Showers and washing machine in the basement. Bathrobes and slippers and "clean white sheets" in the apartment. Breakfast supplies ready and shopping mall next door.

Sauna cabin on the shore of Lake Saimaa

A quiet sauna cottage right on the shore of Lake Saimaa, about 6 km from the city center. The courtyard has its own beach and the accommodation has a wood-fired sauna. The two rooms of the cabin have sleeping facilities for four guests and, if necessary, mattresses can be brought into the space. The courtyard has terraces and activities for children. There is no actual kitchen in the space, but guests have access to a gas grill. The water heater is small (30 liters), so it is advisable to use hot water sparingly.

Cozy studio in the Archipelago City

A handy little studio in the garage of our detached house. Private entrance. Toilet, shower, fridge in the mini kitchen, combination oven/microwave, hot plate. Sleeping loft 180 cm wide. Sofa bed that can be spread out at the bottom 80 cm or spread out 160 cm. Air heat pump for cooling/heating. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. If you don't have sheets, you can borrow them by asking. 5€/person. Parking is available in our yard, local buses every 30 minutes.

Lakefront guest suite incl. use of sauna

Enjoy lakefront accomodation 6 km from the city. Our basement floor guest suite has its own entrance and 4 windows. Usage of indoor sauna (1,5h) in October-April included. Two showers indoors in the wash room. There're fridge, water kettle and microwave oven in the apartment. No full kitchen. May-September use of wooden sauna is included (2hours per day) and it is possible to swim in the lake. There are coffee maker, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher in the sauna hut. You can use gas and coal grills.

Modern sauna facilities for 10, accommodation for 3 people.

The modernized sauna facilities of the historic Hakala sauna for 10 people with a large heated luxury outdoor hot tub! The price includes a heated 8-person outdoor hot tub, an 8-person sauna with a large wood-fired Legend stove (the fire awaits guests in the sauna nest and, if necessary, the sauna is heated to bathing condition), as well as overnight stays for a maximum of four people. Even a larger group can sauna, bathe and spend the evening comfortably in these facilities.

A cozy cabin by the lake w/ sauna & berry picking

This small cabin by lake Saparoinen is like a little cosy nest. You have a private room for two in a small cottage. We are mainly accommodating during summer. Because we now have a small extra heater in the cabin, it can be reserved also in October (or maybe even in November). Autumn is a great time to light the candles in lanterns and gather around the campfire outside. There is no wi-fi in the cabin (can be found in the main house). Take a break from constant connection.

Idyllic farmhouse sauna end accommodation

Here you can experience the peace of the countryside near the city in the culturally significant village of Okeroinen; 7 km to the center of Lahti, 100 km to Helsinki. Near my place, Salpausselkä geopark 4 km, Messilä ski resort 5 km, Okeroinen riding stable, bus stop 1.3 km, nearest shop about 2 km. Okeroinen mill 1 km, cycling terrain from the front door. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Käytössä on myös oma wc ja pesuhuone sekä pyykinpesukone. Tilassa on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin. Ruokailuvälineet ja astiat. Lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita, niistä peritään 10€ maksu. Meillä ei ole sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta. Lähin nopea latauspaikka on 600 metrin päässä.

Small, cozy two-room apartment in the wing of a detached house with its own entrance. The door of the apartment says "airbnb". The apartment is located near the University of Jyväskylä and Lake Jyväskylä, close to the city center (about 2 km on foot). Comprehensive services are located nearby in the Keljo shopping center (about 2 km by car). An excellent place to stop for the night, for example, on a longer trip. You are warmly welcome!
