In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a sup board and paddle boat, as well as wifi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Recent sauna cottage (20 m2). The cottage has a kitchen, a low loft, a sauna, and a dressing room. Dock at the swimming ladder, small sandy beach, rowing boat, life jackets, outdoor toilet, parking area, yard lights with detectors, campfire area, new gas grill and grill hut. The kitchen has a separate oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, range hood, refrigerator/freezer, and led lights. Drinking water is brought to the cottage. From the terrace, visit the tub. The cottage has an efficiently used space, where guests have a comfortable kitchenette for daily cooking needs. The evening is crowned by an idyllic sauna, where you can admire the beautiful lake landscape and sunset in the warmth. The property is self-catering.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Relaxation oasis at the tip of the cape

This oasis of relaxation is a stunning, unique architectural ensemble on the tip of the peninsula, with space to breathe and calm down. The cottage is located by a clean Suvasvesi. Next to the main cottage, there is a summertime sleeping fence with a stunning panorama of lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge deck area connects the main cottage, sleeping fence, and dock complex with lots on the beach, and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here:).

Kallaveden rannalla tasokas ja tunnelmallinen hirsihuvila. Rauhallisella, kauniilla,Kallavesi näkymällä ja luonnon lähellä oleva paikka. Mökiltä näkyy kaunis ja valaistu puijontorni. Mökki on rakennettu 2002 ja siitä on pidetty hyvää huolta. Kohde on tavallinen mökki ei hotelli kohde. Soveltuu erinomaisesti kesä sekä talvi majoittumiseen. Rannassa on käytössä soutuvene. Mökissä tupa, keittiö, makuuhuone, nukkumisparvi, sähkösauna, suihku, vaatehuone,wc, ilmalämpöpumppu ja iso takka.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha
