Beautiful log house on the shore of Lake Pielinen. A quiet location, stunning scenery and good outdoor opportunities best describe this place. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.

Alapihan Arboretumin vierasmaja ja sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
