Beachfront holiday rental in East Macedonia and Thrace

Wir waren mit vier Kindern (8,11,13,14) dort und das Haus war einfach perfekt für uns. Viel Platz und große Zimmer, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, da wir gerne jeden Tag kochen. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Netflix war das Highlight für die Kids. :)

Nice place to stay , and houst is very nice person.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt in Nea Iraklitsa war einfach fantastisch – und das verdanken wir vor allem diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und unserem großartigen Gastgeber Babis! Das Haus war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war ein absolutes Highlight – wir haben dort viele entspannte Abende verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Strand, an Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Auch Kavala ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Babis war ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber – er hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir können dieses Haus und Babis als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen!

A fully equipped holiday house very close to the beach. We had everything we needed and a bit more (the washing machine was definitely a great plus). The neighbourhood is very quiet but the main street is just a few walking minutes away. The spacious veranda was greatly appreciated as well. All in all, it's a very nice and comfortable house. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Die Straße daneben ist relativ laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

The aparment was cozy, neat and is equipped with all you need to have a calm family vacation by the sea. There is a spacious outdoor area with playgrounds and private places. The small private pebble beach is within the complex and has good shnorheling spots nearby. Lucy is very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... Christos houses are great. Very clean, with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Thassos. The location is wonderful, two minutes walk from several great beaches. The place is suitable for babies to stay, and the yard is wonderful for relaxing. Christos is a wonderful host, our communication started with the booking, continued with recommendations for the trip. Certainly Christos and his father who takes care of the houses contribute to a full stay andimmersion in the culture of the island.
