Waterfront holiday rentals in East Macedonia and Thrace

First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

We arrived at Oksana‘s place on the 17th of June and stayed until the 21st. The house was clean and the pictures exactly like the description. The location of the house is within a walking distance from the beach to the town and ideal for families. I would highly recommended and we would visit again.

The apartment is fantastic - clean, comfortable, with a magnificent view. The location is quiet and very beautiful. It has everything needed for the perfect vacation close to nature. Although the apartment was on the street and on the weekend, we did not hear much noise on the road, there is an elevator on 4 floors, it was a quiet building and a comfortable accommodation experience with everything, I plan to visit again

Everything was as we expected, which is the definition of quality. The location of the apartment is good, close to everywhere, a few steps to the beach, everything needed at home, the host is interested and helpful. I definitely recommend it

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay with the sound of the sea, a sea of flowers, sunrise without heat in the room and a great evening atmosphere right by the sea. From time to time, even the goats come by ☺️ simply pure relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and always available. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice place, beautiful big terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment small but cozy. Just across from a good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay!

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

We couldn't have spent our short time on Thassos better 🏝️ We were very kindly and warmly received by Afroditi and her husband. They were available to us for any queries. We felt super comfortable and welcome. Afroditi also spoiled us with vegetables and food from her own garden. The accommodation was just perfect all around! The furnishings were in excellent condition, tidy and clean. There was enough space for 3 people. The highlight of the accommodation is of course the location directly by the sea. The natural water is perfect for swimming and snorkelling ❤️ Despite the location directly on the main street, none of it could be heard and is drowned out by the relaxed sound of the sea🌊 In the evening, enjoying the sunset from the terrace was of course a must. We would recommend Afroditi's accommodation to anyone who wants to explore this wonderful island.

We stayed at Konstantinos’ place with three families, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning, right next to the sea. The beach and the house’s garden were perfect for the kids, who enjoyed every moment. The host was an incredibly responsive host, promptly answering all our questions and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We would definitely love to visit again.

A great location. A few minutes walk from 2 different beautiful beaches. The house was spotless. It has a very sweet and well-kept garden. There is no parking problem. Christos and his father are very hospitable. They always gave us treats. We were very happy to stay in this house. I hope we will come back one day.

The house is perfect for a small family,there is everything you need.The sea is just in front of it. You can relax at the terrace and go few steps to cool down in the water.Anna and Sofia are great and helpful hosts.

The house is clean, beautiful and comfortable. It is in a perfect location with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is very close. There is a large yard and parking spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Our vacation was wonderful

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

Maria was a wonderful host! She was very communicative and made sure we had what we needed for our baby. The place was bigger than expected and very homey. Great location too! A bit loud at night because it’s beside a bar but wasn’t too bad in our room and we’re able to sleep through it. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful placee, with amazing balcony and view, clean, perfect for spending a quality vocation time! Hostes were super helpful and nice. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach!!! We loved this place! Definitely will come again.

a new and very clean house. Very close to the center. Everything was as described. I just think the size of the house is ideal for 2 people. It's a little small for 3-4 people.

This home was perfect! Very very clean, white linens, everything we needed, great location! When we visit again definitely there again! Bravo!!
