A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. Ένα μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για την άνετη διαμονή 2 ατόμων. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική για την πρόσβαση του κέντρου και της παραλιακής οδού με ένα περίπατο. Σε ακτίνα 100μ υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε supermarket φαρμακεία, πρατήριο καυσίμων, fastfood, ζαχαροπλαστείο κ.λ.π. Στάση αστικού λεωφορείου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50μ. Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Βάζουμε το "παραδοσιακό" στη φιλοξενία... το μόνο που μένει είναι να την απολαύσετε!
